Service Description

We all could use a little love for our hips and hamstrings. When they are congested or feeling tight this can create other complications in the body. ie. the lower back. Focus will be on slow specific movements to hydrate, lengthen and strengthen your hips and hamstrings. 9" Pilates ball required. (No Class on Sept. 29)
