One full day yoga retreats.

At little hive yoga we offer the experience of one day retreats right here in Winnipeg, Manitoba!

These retreats are designed for people who have limited time and still wish to experience a day filled with yoga, meditation, great food all in a calming and serene environment. Little hive day retreats take place in the summer months. It’s a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, unwind, relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.


Day retreats start will start at 8am and end by 4pm. If you’re wondering what the flow of a day retreat looks like it will consist of two yoga practices, a guided meditation, plus a walking meditation in nature that is close by.  Two snacks and a lunch will be provided plus tea. There will also be time to just be, rest, relax, journal, read and even swim in our heated outdoor pool!  (we also have a very private outdoor shower with hot and cold water) plus a change room for convenience and comfort. Amazing, right?! Winnipeg is beautiful in the summer so why not enjoy it as you re-charge yourself in this exclusive day retreat.

little hive yoga is a small home studio. Therefore, we limit these retreats to seven people making them super special.




Natasha Lenon has led a number of international yoga retreats over the past few years. She has taken her students twice to Nicaragua and once to Costa Rica in 2018.


In 2020 Natasha will be leading a sold-out yoga retreat in the U.K. on the Isle of Wight. She is thrilled to be providing this experience for her students and is grateful for the continued support.
