Welcome to little hive yoga.
Little hive yoga is a studio located in south Winnipeg, close to the University of Manitoba. I’ve created this boutique studio to offer you a sanctuary away from the noise of daily life. A space that is calm and tranquil providing yoga for everyone. A space where you can come as you are, where you are. You will be supported, encouraged, challenged, and embraced. Little hive yoga is a welcoming and unique studio combining three key elements: breath, movement, and deep relaxation.
I bring a wide breadth of experience to my classes and have been teaching yoga since 2002. Certified in yoga therapy, pre/postnatal yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga Nidra, relaxation massage, and more recently as a postpartum doula. I believe that yoga and meditation are powerful tools for dealing with the physical and emotional stress that can accumulate in our daily lives. Right now because of the unprecedented times that we are living in, I am offering online classes only.

I couldn’t think of a better way to start each week than Natasha’s Yin+Restore class. She consistently conveys a deep sense of serenity and calm, while skillfully guiding the class through extended yin poses that open the body and mind.
Natasha is incredibly gifted in teaching both movement and stillness! She holds space in all of her classes, so you can just be and meet yourself on the mat.
Natasha’s yoga classes are welcoming and inclusive; her instructions are clear and well-paced. She offers modifications for those less flexible, injured, pregnant or more advanced. Natasha’s classes are varied and fresh and at the end of practice I always wonder where the time went.
